We will treat your property and tenants like they are our own, your rental property is not just one of the many when you hire us! We will be your partner in your investment so you make money and are successful.
Management Fees: 8.5-10% of collected monthly rent.
Tenant Placement
Choosing the right tenants is the key to making money on your investment. We take pride in matching the right tenant with the right apartment, the right owner and the right neighbors. From cleaning to advertising to showing to lease signing we have tenant placement mastered and due to our relationship with many owners, we have a large pool of prospective tenants at our fingertips.
Tenant Placement Fees:
Management client: 50% of one month’s rent, minimum $400
Placement Only: Full month's rent, max $1000.
Maintenance
The better cared for your apartments are the less vacancy you will have! Let us take care of your work orders, cleaning, apartment turns, and supervise larger subcontracted jobs so that your property is in the best condition it can be without breaking the bank!
Maintenance Fees: $50/hr or subcontracted work at par.
